What is Tampa Bay Downs VIP?
A membership program for our guests and for the local creators who share the races with their followers. Members carry their VIP pass on their phone and show it at the gate.
VIP Guests
Join with your email and one social account. Our team reviews each new member, and your pass becomes active once you are confirmed.
VIP Ambassadors
Selected by our Publicity team. Ambassadors receive a guest invite code to share with friends and followers.
Have you received an invitation?
Invitations arrive as a personal link by email or message, or as a QR code from one of our Ambassadors. Open the link, or point your phone camera at the code. It takes you to your own sign-up page.
Link not working or expired? Write to us at concierge@tampabaydowns.com and we will send a new one.
Have you received a QR code or gate pass?
Your VIP pass
Your pass is in your account. Sign in on your phone and show it at the gate. You can also save it to your photos so it works without a signal.
A gold guest code
A gold code comes from an Ambassador. Show it at the gate as their guest, or scan it to join VIP yourself.
Interested in becoming an Ambassador?
Our Publicity team selects Ambassadors from our VIP members. Join first, or tell us a little about yourself.
